RETURNS POLICY

 

If you want to return a product you should email us a photo of that product at: hirameena.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

Once your return request is approved customer should make arrangement to return the product to our original destination/place and do send us the tracking details, with the original packaging to ensure safety of the item in transit.

The items must be shipped back within 5 days from the date of approval to return request. The Shipping cost to return the item should be borne by the customer.

The product should be in unused original condition as you have received it.

After carefully inspecting the returned items from you we will let you know regarding the approval of refund.

Note: Return is not possible for those items which were sold during promotion/offer.

If only the above conditions are met by the customer, we will give store credit which can be used for purchase of any other item from our store.
